Bobbi Kristina Brown’s boyfriend, Nick Gordon is on the run.
According to sources familiar with the case, prosecutors are preparing to charge the unemployed con artist with murder. The only thing delaying his arrest is the victim, Bobbi Krissi, is not legally dead yet.
Bobbi Kristina was found face down and unresponsive (no vital signs) in a bathtub at her Roswell townhouse on January 31. She has been on life support ever since.
Gordon and another man were in the house when Bobbi Kristina was found unresponsive. Foul play is suspected.
Bobbi’s aunt, Pat Houston announced yesterday that Bobbi was moved to hospice care from a Decatur rehab facility. This means two things: either Bobbi Kristina is off the ventilator that was assisting her breathing, aka life support, or she will soon be taken off the ventilator.
Ventilators are not allowed in hospice care (with rare exceptions) because hospice facilities are for terminally ill patients to die peacefully. In any case, Bobbi Krissi does not have the brain capacity to breathe on her own.
Prosecutor’s are reportedly waiting until Bobbi is legally pronounced dead before they consider filing murder charges against Gordon.
